FMH EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS NEEDED FOR THE 2022/23 SEASON
FMHA is seeking a Tournament – Sponsorship Coordinator to join the board.
The Tournament – Sponsorship Coordinator is responsible for:
– Coordinating the collection of donations from businesses in Fernie for all association activities and tournaments.
– Coordinating the division of all donations equally among teams.
– Providing support and guidance to each team or division tournament coordinator for FMHA home tournaments.
– Apply for all BCLC gaming licenses on behalf of FMHA, ensuring all lottery bylaws are followed at each tournament or additional fundraising events should they occur.
– Ensuring proper filing of BC gaming reports after each tournament or fundraising event.
– Applying for all Hockey Tournament sanctions for the FMHA hosted home tournaments and ensuring all reports are completed and paid in full.
– Working closely with the Treasurer to oversee team spending and accountability.
– Bringing forward any fundraising ideas to the FMHA board for consideration and implementation as appropriate.
